Dear TAMA members,

We have been hearing a lot of stories/gossips about 2010 Financials from different unauthorized sources for the last 2 months. 2010 Executive Committee would like to inform you that we shared 2010 bank statements, online transactions information, receipts for the expenses incurred in 2010 and also detailed and summarized versions of 2010 Financials with the current Executive Committee and Board. We also reviewed the 2010 financial details (income, expenses, showing receipts of expenses) with the current EC members and three Life Members (Dr.P.V.Rao, Shyam Nagalla, Satish Musunuri) as observers during this meeting.

2010 Executive Committee worked hard and also spent lot of money from their pockets to bring a variety of quality programs to the members for all the events. All these programs were planned based on the expected revenues (pledges and commitments) from the community but pending pledges and pending ticketed income from programs like Super Singers Musical Concert and Palleku Podaam resulted in negative cash flow. 2010 EC would like to present all the facts to current TAMA members about 2010 financials through GBM to clear all misunderstandings arising out of false propaganda on this matter.
