Amendment to TAMA Constitution – Voting and contesting rights for Annual members
“The silence of good men is more dangerous than the brutality of bad men” – Martin Luther King
Dear TSR,
I never thought that I will drag TAMA into legal challenges but you left me no alternative because of your autocratic actions and failure to respect the promises made on 9/27 infront of Dr. V, Dr. Rao, Bala. Had you informed the TAMA members on 9/27, I wouldn’t have a reason to
question your leadership. Unfortunately, you made mistakes; defended your actions; caused legal expenses to TAMA. I would request you to take moral responsibility for your actions and step down gracefully from the position of President.
Today, Judge was very critical about the withdrawal of Anand’s Nomination Seconding by Mr. B.K and its handling by the nomination committee. I would request you to replace the Nomination committee chair Mr. RR with a Past president without affiliations to any group.
I love TAMA; I will stay inside and fight for fairness and transparency rather than starting another organization. Fortunately, US is not Banana Republic.. There is a built-in protection for individual rights.
Let us work together to give a pride place for TAMA in our minds and hearts.
Regards,
Chand
Life Member and Past President
