| The TAMA 2012 Election Committee would like to inform the nomination list with validity information for the upcoming TAMA elections. Please note that the last date for withdrawal will be 19th of October 2012. At this time we would like to request you to send your bio data so that we can facilitate the dispersal of this information to the Telugu Community via the news letter. If you send it by this Thursday we can send it to the community.
The TAMA Board has provided us with guidelines regarding the campaign for the elections for the 2013 Board / EC positions. They are as follows.
a) TAMA will not distribute Telephone numbers and e-mail address of TAMA members to the contestants or anyone. b) Contestant should not make phone call to TAMA Members soliciting support to vote for themselves or other contestant during this election. c) Contestants should not send individual or group e-mails soliciting support or asking for vote in this election. d) Violation of b and c above mentioned will disqualify the contestant from this election. e) All the contestants will have a fair and equal chance to reach the TAMA members for soliciting vote through TAMA NEWS LETTER containing the profiles of the all the contestants. The Decision of the Election Committee is final. Please consider the following candidates for the given positions as elected and final. As all contestants are equal before TAMA, Tama can create two special edition election newsletters including all contestants in one place and broadcast it. In this way Tama officially send the campaign news and this can be limited to one or two or as regulated by Tama .

I totally agree with mahesh mail.
We hear lot of comments from many Tama members, misusing of members mail ID's.
There is no rule in the by-laws it says to give Members phone numbers and their Email ID's to anybody.

It should be individuals moral responsibility not to use it for personal benefits.
