I am Gireesh Meka contesting as Secretary for 2010.
First of all, I thank you for the wonderful opportunity you have given me to serve TAMA as the Treasurer in the current TAMA Executive Committee. We as a team have brought to you several innovative and high quality events for all ages to enjoy such as Scholarship Programs, Supporting the cause of Sudheer Rudraraju and Dheeraj Reddy, Pallekupodam, Vantalapootee for Men and Women, etc., I seek your support so I continue the exceptional service I have provided over the past year.

Community service and volunteering are what complete me as a person. I founded SEVA, a non-profit organization to help autistic children in India by creating awareness and providing support system to the parents. I understand the difficulties in raising an autistic child with limited support structure, as a father of one. At least, I am fortunate enough to take advange of the beneficial educational system here in USA for my child. I want to extend this privilege to the parents and children in India who have similar circumstances.

You have known me as a honest, hard working, and highly energitic individual with great passion towards whatever I commit myself to. You have seen me and our Team perform and deliver in 2009. I hope we earned your trust to continue to serve the community as we enter into 2010.
