Dear Satya,
As I pointed out, pattern(stonewalling) continued tonight :
There seem to be 187 new members without any forms being presented to EC for
verification..., On oneside you resisted annual members, on the otherside
you made members..
Two wrongs won't make it right.
I got calls from two of your EC members disassociating from your emails and
opinions.
With due respect, this will be my last email to you. I will share my
thoughts in GBM.
Regards,
Chand Akkineni

Chand garu -- We agreed that one of the procedures was not followed properly
for the amendment, and the rights have been restored. After all, everybody
does mistakes. Then what is the moot point you want talk in the GBM about?
Remember... the amendment itself is not a mistake, it was brought in for
TAMA. This amendment is much appreciated, as it doesn't let few people
misuse TAMA.
Last year one group of people wasted many people's valuable time, making
them to stand in lines for hours. Why do you want to repeat the same this
year? This is not good for the Telugu community. People may loose interest
in community events.
I still don't understand who are you doing it for. I think even you are not
clear of what you are doing for, by giving two different statements. You
once said that 'I am only questioning the way it was done.', and immediately
changed to 'I am only fighting to restore the democratic principles'.
I assume that you are not ready to take the comments back.

Dear Satya garu,
I am not sure about your background and association with TAMA. I remember
seeing you as "Yama Dharma Raju" trapped by Sati Savitri. It was a great
performance.
I am not questioning the right of TAMA's GBM to change the voting rights of
members. I am only questioning the way it was done. Members were not given
notice about the change you planned for. I am only fighting to restore the
democratic principles rather than against anyone ( first event in pattern ).
There are ways and means to control the problem. The GBM will be discussing
it.
Rest of the items, we will discuss on the GBM day. I will explain to your EC
and the members of TAMA to judge.

Chand Akkineni

I object you saying "I feel that all these events form a pattern of
decisions taken by the EC in 2009". What events are you talking about, and
what pattern you see there? Please explain and take these words back
immediately, and say sorry to all of the EC members.
Chand garu -- I know very little about you, but who are you fighting for?
None of the real annual members asked for the right of the vote. In fact,
there are very few annual members this year... they joined just to have an
opportunity for their kids to perform on stage, it was my force what made
them joined.
If you really were to help TAMA, where were you last year... when a group of
people tried to hijack TAMA by buying (literally B U Y I N G by spending
$20K+) memberships? Didn't you see the hungama they did on election day by
printing huge color posters, transporting people by buses, what not, they
did just like back in India politics? It made all other India communities
pointing and laughing at us, TAMA. Thank goodness, Telugu people proved that
the 'TAMA is not for sale'. Are you not aware of that?
All that could happen because of the right of the vote to annual members. If
you feel $250 for life is too costly suggest TAMA EC to reduce it, EC may discuss it again.
I still don't understand who are you fighting for, but don't forget to send
an apology for using damaging words. Otherwise, you will be responsible for
the consequences.

Dear TSR,
I am not sure whether You and Umesh understand the futility of sending the
mail after membership cut-off date. You could have ensured the broadcast of
the mail by Umesh, as you promised.
You should have raised these objections either on Sunday or Monday rather
than Wednesday.
I feel that all these events form a pattern of decisions taken by the EC in
2009. GBM will take an appropriate action to probe into these matters.

Dear Chand,
After we changed the constitution during the GBM (January 31st) we did not
send any email to the community that we changed the constitution and we only
updated the website in February 2009. Therefore, people does not know that
there is a change in our constitution. I asked Technology secretary to
update the website and email the content. He did updated our constitution
also kept a scrolling banner on our website. Regarding email we only send it
on every Thursday. May be he could not do it due to his busy schedule.
EC do not have any privileges to change the last date and I am helpless.
Thank you,

Dear TSR,
I would like to record my protest that you failed to fulfill the terms of
our understanding. There was no email sent to members that annual members
are being allowed to vote in the election. An ordinary person doesn't know
the changes made to TAMA constitution without hearing from an official TAMA
email or letter.
I did ask you to inform the members on Sunday itself. But you haven't done
anything in this regard. This inaction can be challenged legally for
additional time to become a member.
