In all this brouhaha about the violations of by-laws, are we missing a point on who to blame for this entire fiasco. Does anybody know who the parlaimentarian is during the GBM in January. If you guessed it as Bandarupalli "THE CHANAKYA" Sambasiva rao, you are absolutely correct. What is he doing now? He seems to be the brains behind his man Madhu "ChandragupTA"TA.
