Here is the truth in Mr. Chand Akkineni's lies:
Mr.Akkineni attributed a quote to the Judge Timothy's order which is no where to be found. You may verify the same from the court order posted on TAMA web site. In fact during the hearing, the Hon'ble Judge chided the plaintiffs (Mr. Chand Akkineni) stating that "Shame on you, Shame on you" for dragging a non-profit community organization into a court room and thus wasting Court's valuable time.
Below is the email from TAMA's attorney on Judge's comment:

Dr. Reddy:
I was in the courtroom during the hearing, I met with the judge in his chambers, and I have a copy of his order. He never made any comments such as those attributed to him by Mr. Akkineni. The Judge did not take sides and did not criticize TAMA's Executive Committee in anyway. He certainly did not say that TAMA “broke” the bylaws. In fact he stated that it was clear that if any mistakes were made, they were not intentional. I am sure Mr. Van Gelderen, Mr. Akkineni's attorney, will concur with my recollection. In short the comment attributed to the Judge is a lie and should not be believed by anyone.

“The executive committee broke the bylaws. They should have bent backwards to rectify the mistakes. I am reopening the membership drive and nomination process” – Hon. R. Timothy Hamil, Judge Superior Court, Gwinnett County on Tuesday November 10, 2009 supporting my petition.

I am disappointed with Dr. Reddy and Puvvada, whoever seem to have written this email. Someone has faked my identity to further their cause.

Profile of Tanuja Puvvada(greatest liar): (Running for President)
I didn't want to even spend 25 dollars last year to become an annual member for TAMA until my friend paid for me and joined me as a member to support his team. I betrayed my Friend and joined the group run by GODFATHER(s) to become vice president. The first thing we tried last year after winning is to remove voting rights for annual members, so that no one like me will ever over throw me. This year my handlers (GODFATHERS) have a bigger sinister plan and want to make me President at any cost by even breaking (dividing) the community. What do I got to lose? I just moved to Atlanta 2 years back. I might not be in Atlanta for a long time. I don’t care if the community is divided. I will be a president of TAMA for 2010. I will do whatever it takes to reach my handlers goals. “Bend it like Beckham” is my motto to bend the rules as a puppet of my Handlers to promote their personal, political and business agendas.
