Dear Brothers and sisters of Telugu origin in Metro Atlanta,

I was recently bumped into some emails from Mr. Ganganand Akkeneni
(from here after Anand) and was inquisitive to peep into these matters
to find what is going on in our TAMA.

During my research I was able to get these two attached documents i.e.
lawyer notices from Anand and the Present EC response to his letter.
Interesting fact is Anand sent his notice to the public, but buried
this response in his mail trash and limited only to his so-called
supporters. EC never broadcasted this to the Public as their response.
This shows the humbleness of the present EC. I felt that the time has
come that the common people like me should know what the facts are
while Anand is broadcasting only one side of his story and trying to
gather sympathy and support for all his wrong doing.

First of all there was no reason for anyone to bring out the internal
differences to the Public and defame any one (point to note Anand was
the one that started to go out to Public). We have originated from the
nation where UNITY in DIVERSITY is of great fame to our nation. Every
family and organization has differences, they will sit and resolve
their issues internally and to the outside public they all shall stand
up UNITED. I see that these differences had blown out to core
involving and wasting everyone's time and attention. I am the person
that I enjoy the cultural programs and take pride in Tama achievements
year after year. Now to me all this sounds like a BIG JERK driving out
of my brains for the actions of some "vested interest" group of people
backing Anand.

Current EC is/was not willing to go for elections at anytime and urged
Anand to continue his Vice-president position for the next term ,
while Anand's every action is to defame/demean the EC and drag them to
elections by changing his colors minute after minute and threatening
to take them to court. (His warnings/threatening and harassment has
forced two of the EC members to resign from their current positions).
EC is and was willing to compromise on every demand from the other
side which made Anand to ask for more and more and not agreeing to
what he agreed before. Whole of Anand's supporters realized that his
allegations of misconduct are disguised at best and ill-informed at
worst. His supporters warned him to not do any further wrong doing and
urged him to preserve the integrity of TAMA.
Eminent Leaders that are not limited but include Dr. Mangaraju
Vanapalli, Dr. Jaganmohan Rao, Bala Indurthi, Paddy Rao and many more
to name, has shredded their sweat and blood to make Anand understand
of his actions and warned him to rectify his actions. Anand shook his
hands at Global Mall settlement and his commitment to serve in the
Present TAMA EC went for a BIG TOSS.

After these issues going to public, I was curious to see who Anand is
and got an opportunity to meet with him. Who ever had met Anand for
five minutes can estimate what sort of a person is he. Those who have
not bumped into him so far are very lucky persons. I cannot explain
the unparliamentarily verbiage (Garbage) he was using during my few
minutes of presence there. I had also realized that he is not capable
of composing a decent email addressing the community. All those
useless emails from him were not his creation I will definitely
unearth the names soon and let the community know who are all behind
him and his actions. I can say Anand is just a stupid, there is
nothing harm from stupid people unless some cruel people use this
stupid for their acts.
Can you imagine the consequences of accepting Anand as Vice President
and President?
An icing on the cake:

I don't understand who Chand Akkineni is to demand for 4 positions in
2010 TAMA. He has always opposed 2009 EC. His Monetary or Volunteer
contributions to TAMA 2009 year were Zero. Where was Mr. Chand when
GBM were amending the By-laws about Annual members voting and
contesting for elections! This amendment happened on Jan 31st 2009,
why is this issue raised in October 2009. What I couldn't find is….
what is his personal/political agenda behind driving this whole thing.
Good things I learnt about him is, he screwed up several organizations
where ever he entered so far and was expelled out at many places. His
flip side has another shade which we should not talk about it.

He is portraying himself as savior to TAMA while demanding 4 positions
in 2010 TAMA EC, falling which they want to take the current EC to
courts and legal harassment. What a disguised character depicting as
Savior to TAMA. Please Help save TAMA from these kind of characters.
