TSR and MangaRaju garu,
Following the undersent email, I had an opportunity to talk to Ramesh at
length and feel that both of you should not accept his resignation and let
him complete the job. I understand that he has gone through tremendous
pain, inspite of serving the organization in official capacity for four
years and many more as a volunteer.
It is very common that consensus is not achieved in one sitting or a few
sittings, alas that is the drawback of a democratic process, but consensus
does come and it will too in this case. My humble request to the entire EC
is that all of you have done a wonderful job of all the events, and all of
should continue to serve no matter what the elders decide. Remember none of
us are as powerful as all of us. Certain protocols are there, but they may
be compromised for various reasons and all of you should be adult enough to
gulp it and be able to move on.
EC, please spend a few minutes to understand the gravity of the siuation
and try to bring this to a closure. You need a person like Ramesh
Chaparala, accomplished professionally and personally to guide through this
process and I will help him in whatever assistance he may need from me, as a
committee member. Again, I want to remind you that all of you should have
the ability to forgive and forget. Thank you all and trust you will all do
the right thing.

Dear President Dr.
Satyanarayana Reddy garu and Parliamentarian Dr.
Mangaraju garu,
I am resigning effective immediately (10/25/2009)
from Nominating Chair position.
My decision was not because of not getting to a resolution
this morning in our peace meeting. When DR. TSR garu approached
me, as a Past President of TAMA, to help the community agreed to
perform the duties. I have been questioned by one of the EC 2009 member
regarding my ability to perform the job and also accused me in
helping someone in the past professionally which is absolutely not true. I
don't have the patience or the energy to argue.
I would like Dr. TSR garu and Dr. Mangaraju garu to accept
my resignation effective immediately.
Regards,
Ramesh Chaparala

The internal story is that Gireesh Gonda Meka has chewed him up. Ironically Chaparala was the nominating person for the Gonda. What a parady.
